Your licence

Erlangly is free for up to 25 active agents, with every feature. A licence key lifts that limit. You paste it in once, and it's checked on your own server: Erlangly never phones home about your licence.

Free, trial or paid

• Free: no key needed. Up to 25 active agents, for good.
• Trial: get a 30-day trial key for any number of agents, with up to 5 people signing in. One trial per organisation.
• Paid: yearly or pay once, for the number of active agents you choose.

Active agents are the people on your roster who get scheduled. Supervisors, planners and trainers who sign in but don't take contacts cost nothing.

Adding your key

In Erlangly, go to Settings → Licence, paste the key and save. The page shows your plan, how many agents it covers and until when. On the server, erlangly licence shows the same.

When a trial or licence ends

Erlangly keeps running, with all your data, on the free plan. The only thing it stops is adding or activating agents beyond 25: forecasts, schedules, adherence and everything else carry on. Admins see a notice a week before a trial ends, and whenever the roster has more agents than the licence covers.

Yearly licences

• Renewals: your subscription renews each year, and we email you a new key. Paste it when it comes; the old key keeps working until its own date. Every yearly key runs 14 days past the paid year, so a renewal paid a little late never interrupts anything.
• More agents: sign in with the link in your key email and raise the number. You pay for the rest of the year straight away, and a new key arrives by email.
• Fewer agents: the same place; it takes effect at your next renewal.
• Cancelling: the same place again. The subscription ends at the end of the year you've paid for, the key works until its date, and then the install goes back to the free plan.

Pay once

• The licence has no end date, and includes a year of updates and rule packs.
• After that year, Updates continue at $59 per agent a year ($39 regional), charged to the card you paid with, and each year brings a new key. You can stop them any time from the link in your key email.
• Without Updates, the version you have keeps running for good. erlangly upgrade won't install releases that came out after your updates ended, and newer rule packs aren't installed. Admins are told 30 days before updates end.
• More agents later: buy them the same way. The new key covers all your organisation's pay-once agents.

Refunds

• Yearly: a full refund if you ask within 30 days of your first payment. Renewals and agents added during a year aren't refunded; cancelling stops the next renewal.
• Pay once: ask within 30 days of payment; we decide these case by case, since the licence has no end date.
• Updates aren't refunded; stop them any time before the next renewal.

A refund ends the paid plan it paid for: remove its key, and your install runs on the free plan. Write to licences@erlangly.com from the address you bought with. The details are in the licence agreement, section 6.
