Call center workforce management software you run yourself.

Forecast calls, staff every 15 minutes with Erlang C, build schedules that follow overtime and break laws, and track adherence live. Self-hosted on your own server, free up to 25 agents.

Call center scheduling software: a generated day of shifts with breaks and lunches, and a coverage strip showing where the floor is short or over.

Everything your call center planners need

From call history to a published schedule, and then to the floor, in one self-hosted app.

Call forecasting

Import interval history by CSV or API. Erlangly forecasts calls, chats and emails and their handle time for each queue, and your planners adjust what they know better.

Erlang C staffing

How many agents every 15 minutes needs to hit your service level: Erlang C for calls, concurrency for chat, workload for email, with shrinkage and occupancy caps.

Automatic scheduling

Generate weeks of shifts, breaks and lunches from your shift patterns, contracts, availability and time off. Edit by hand, compare drafts, publish.

Real-time adherence

Your ACD sends agent states; Erlangly scores schedule adherence every interval and shows the floor on a live wallboard for supervisors and wall TVs.

Agents on their phones

Agents see their schedule, request time off, trade shifts with a colleague and report exceptions. Supervisors approve.

Built for BPOs too

Several clients and lines of business on one install, with the same agents across them. A single call center simply doesn't see the client layer.

US labor rules, checked on every schedule

  • Rules for 19 states and federal law: weekly overtime after 40 hours, daily overtime in California and Colorado, and California's meal and rest breaks.
  • US federal holidays, generated three years ahead.
  • Checked when schedules are generated, edited, swapped and published. Warnings need a reason before the schedule goes out.
  • Tighten any rule for your organization yourself; loosening one needs an admin and a reason, kept in the audit trail.
Real-time adherence wallboard: agents by state, time in state and what their schedule says.

Why self-hosted

Most call center WFM is sold as a cloud subscription with a services project attached. Erlangly is one Docker container on a server you choose.

Your data stays yours

Agent details, schedules and ACD data never leave your server. No telemetry.

Installed in an afternoon

One command installs it; upgrades take a snapshot and roll back by themselves if anything's wrong.

A fraction of the cost

$12 an agent a month billed yearly, or $299 an agent once, with every feature. For 100 agents over three years, about a quarter of what leading WFM suites cost at list price.

Questions

Does it work with my ACD?

Erlangly takes agent states through a simple HTTPS API, and your ACD's agent IDs and state codes are mapped in settings. There are no built-in connectors for particular ACDs yet; tell us which one you run and we'll help you connect it.

What does self-hosted mean?

Erlangly runs on a Linux server you control: a cloud server, a machine in your office, or a virtual machine. You install it with one command, and your data never passes through ours.

Is there a cloud version?

Not yet. Hosted Erlangly, where we run it for you, is coming later.

How much does it cost?

Free for up to 25 active agents, with every feature. Beyond that, $12 an agent a month billed yearly, or $299 an agent once. Supervisors and planners who sign in don't count. See pricing.

Try it on your own server

Free up to 25 agents, for good, or a 30-day trial with no agent limit.
