Privacy
Erlangly runs on your server, so the people you schedule are never our data.
Erlangly, the software
- Everything you put in Erlangly (people, schedules, time off, agent states) stays on the server you run it on. We never receive it, and there's no telemetry.
- The only call Erlangly makes to us is a daily update check: it asks get.erlangly.com for the latest version number and sends nothing about your install. Like any web request, it reveals your server's IP address. You can turn it off under Settings → System.
- Licence keys are checked on your server, offline.
- Email and your ACD's connection go only where you set them up to.
- You're responsible for the personal information you keep in Erlangly, as the organisation that collects it.
This website
- Google Analytics counts visits and the pages people read (see below).
- No advertising, and nothing else loaded from anyone else's servers.
- Our server keeps ordinary web logs (IP address, page, time) for security, for a short time.
Cookies
The only cookies this site sets are Google Analytics', so we can see how many people visit and which pages they read:
_ga: tells one visitor from another, without saying who you are. Kept for 2 years._ga_JB76L00DL6: keeps track of your visit. Kept for 2 years.
Google Analytics also receives your IP address, browser and the pages you visit; Google's privacy policy covers what it does with them. You can turn it off: the site works the same without it, and your choice is remembered in your browser's storage, not in a cookie.
When you contact us or buy a licence
- We keep what you send us (your name, email, organisation and the conversation) to answer you and, if you buy, to issue your licence and invoices.
- We don't sell it or share it, except with the services we need to run the business, such as our email provider and, when you pay, our payment processor.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete it at privacy@erlangly.com.
