What it costs a year
| Active agents | Annual | Annual, regional | Pay once (first year) |
|---|---|---|---|
| 25 | $0 | $0 | $0 |
| 100 | $14,400 | $9,600 | $29,900 |
| 300 | $43,200 | $28,800 | $89,700 |
Paying once breaks even with the annual plan in about three years.
For example: 80 agents
Annual: 80 × $12 = $960 a month, billed as $11,520 a year. In the regional countries, $640 a month.
Pay once: 80 × $299 = $23,920, with the first year of updates. After that, updates are 80 × $59 = $4,720 a year, if you want them.
Supervisors, planners and trainers who sign in but don’t take contacts cost nothing.
Three years, 100 agents
What a 100-agent contact centre pays over three years, at list price.
| Per agent a month | Three years, set up | |
|---|---|---|
| Leading WFM suites | $25–45 | $105k–209k |
| Erlangly, annual | $12 | $43,200 |
| Erlangly, pay once | $299 once | $41,700 |
The suites' figures are published list prices and typical implementation quotes from September 2026, for their full WFM products bought alone, including the $15,000–80,000 of implementation they typically quote. Real deals are often discounted, and many suites also need their own contact-centre platform. Erlangly installs in an afternoon, and our figures include every update and rule pack.

Questions
What's an active agent?
Someone on your roster marked active. Supervisors, planners and admins who sign in but aren't on the roster don't count, and nor do sample people.
Who gets the regional price?
Organisations billed in the Caribbean (Jamaica, for example), Latin America, the Philippines, India or Africa, whose agents mostly work there.
What if we grow past our licence?
Everything keeps working; Erlangly only stops you adding or activating more agents until the licence covers them.
What happens if we stop paying?
Nothing is deleted and nothing stops working. Erlangly goes back to the free plan, so you can't add or activate agents beyond 25, and your data stays yours to export. Renew and the limit lifts.
And with pay-once, after the first year?
Erlangly keeps running for good, for the agents you bought, on the last version you received. Updates and new rule packs are $59 per agent a year ($39 regional), if you want them.
