Here's an agent's week in Erlangly, all on your phone. Join from your invitation, see your week, tell your supervisor you're running late, ask for a day off, swap a shift, see your coaching, and go home sick.
Your admin sends you a link. Choose a password, and you're in. There's no app to install: Erlangly works in your phone's browser, and remembers you.
See your week. My schedule shows your week: each shift and its line of business, your breaks and lunch, your days off, and the hours you're paid. When your schedule is published, or changes, have a look, then choose Got it, so your planner knows you've seen it.
Tell your supervisor you're running late. Running late? Choose Tell your supervisor: what happened, and from and until when. It waits on your day until your supervisor approves it. Then your adherence counts what happened, not just your schedule.
Ask for a day off. For a day off, ask under Time off: the kind, the days, and a note if you like. Once your supervisor approves it, you see their note, and the shift it lands on shows you're off.
Swap a shift. To swap a shift, choose Swap. Erlangly lists the shifts you could take instead: on lines of business you both work, at times you're both free. Your colleague accepts, a supervisor approves, checking the rules for both of you, and the shifts change hands.
See your coaching. When your supervisor books coaching, it's there on your shift. With email set up, you're told what's new, and when.
Go home sick. Feeling ill partway through a shift? Tell your supervisor again: sick, from now. It isn't time off. It's how your adherence knows you went home.
Your schedule, in your pocket.
